As a personal trainer at our Beaverton gym, and with regular workouts increasing as the weather improves, it's key to remember rest days. Recovery is part of the cycle! Keep your ambition just as motivated by getting optimal sleep hours. You can then feel your best when the cycle is in full swing. Exercise helps with sleep, sleep helps you exercise!
